Minc Oil is currently engaged in brokering of producing oil properties and in acquiring Orphan wells to re-open and produce income for Minc Oil Co., LLC.

Section 372, Gaines County, Texas, the Peck "A" lease, 320 acres. Of 3 wells, one was producing approximately 30 BOPD before being shut down for legal problems. This well has the pump, storage tanks, flow lines, electric service still in place. Operations to re-open and produce are beginning in October 2011 to produce from the existing 11,000 foot depth.

A second well which was a dry hole, will be re-worked at the 3,500 foot depth to test the San Andres zone. Wells to the south of this property produced 400 BOPD from the San Andres.

A third well is plugged and may be re-opened to be used for salt water disposal.

Minc Oil owns 20% of the Peck "A" lease. Section 372 Gaines County.
